Navigating the Microsoft 365 portal
Users will navigate to the Microsoft 365 portal when accessing services and applications through a web browser. The address for the Microsoft 365 portal is https://portal.office.com, though some organizations may decide to create referrals or redirections from other sites they manage. When a user logs in, they see a landing page similar to the following:

The home page has several features, including the following:
- There's a search bar at the top of the page that allows users to search for applications and files.
- There is an Install Office link to install Microsoft 365 apps. Users can select to install apps for 32-bit or 64-bit platforms as well as multiple languages.
- There are tiles or icons for all of the applications that they are licensed to use.
