In this chapter, we configured and set up Dynamics 365 portal for customer service. We also customized the pages of the portal by adding and updating an entity form and entity list. We understood the purpose of the portal content editor and deployed web role security to portal users.
In the next chapter, we will learn the new settings available and configured in Dynamics 365, such as session timeout settings and idle timeout settings, and look at a real-world scenario to explain the new configuration options available.
