Summary
In this chapter, we learned about the various types of aggregation provided by Elasticsearch in Kibana. It provided an insight into the importance of using aggregations for visualizing data in Kibana. It was followed up with explanation of the different types of visualization present in Kibana, along with a detailed explanation of each type of visualization and its options.
In the next chapter, we will learn about the usage of the Dashboard page in Kibana, along with using the visualizations created to easily form a beautiful dashboard. We will explore how Kibana provides an easy way to form dashboards, along with instant sharing and embedding of dashboards.
