Integrating Facebook into your Joomla! website
Facebook (http://www.facebook.com) is another popular social networking website that allows you to befriend and send messages to other users, share photographs, and "like" pages representing everything from businesses to products and your favorite musical artists.
As a popular social tool, it is worth considering integrating Facebook with your Joomla! website. Luckily for us, a Joomla! extension exists that allows us to do just that.
Getting ready
1. Firstly, you need to download the Facebook FanBox (LikeBox) Free extension for Joomla! from http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/social-web/facebook-display/9231.
2. Next, you need to download the extension (this requires registration, but it's free!).
3. You will also require a Facebook API key, which you can get from http://www.facebook.com/developers. If you haven't already, click on the Allow Access button that appears to confirm that you want to be able to get your Facebook API key...
