RideRight Bike Parts Company has implemented contact management integration. The sales and support team are very happy with the way they can see accurate customer information in their CRM.
This contrasts with the RideRight purchasing team. RideRight has a small but busy purchasing team, which deals with purchasing the goods that RideRight sells: bicycle accessories from a range of suppliers in Asia.
