Creating courses
Back in Chapter 3, Uploading Learning Content and Managing the Content Library, you uploaded various types of modules to Adobe Learning Manager. In the previous section, you created a custom Skill. Everything is now in place for you to create your first custom course.
Creating a self-paced course
At its most basic level, a course is a simple list of learning activities. In this section, you will create a self-paced course using the modules you uploaded in the previous chapter.
Creating courses is a task devoted to an author, so first, you need to log in as an Author:
- Log in to your Learning Manager account and click the user icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen to switch to the Author role.
- From the Author home page, click the courses link located in the Learning section of the left sidebar. This takes you to the Course Catalog page.
- Click the Add button located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
