Reporting in Adobe Learning Manager

In the previous chapter, we discussed L1, L2, and L3 feedback for courses and learning paths. Remember that these feedback features are based on Donald Kirkpatrick’s Four-Levels of Learning Evaluation model. Four levels, did you say? That’s right! You only covered the first three levels in the previous chapter.

This chapter is entirely dedicated to the fourth level of Kirkpatrick’s model. This is the Results level, which aims to measure the impact of the training strategy on the organization. It is at this stage that the focus shifts from the individual learner to the organization as a whole. For organizations, such insight is critical to identify areas for improvement, continually refine the organization’s Learning and Development (L&D) strategy, and ultimately make informed business decisions.
