Executing the launch strategy
In Chapter 4, Building a Platform Strategy, we looked at go-to-market, revenue and pricing, and onboarding strategies as different components of a comprehensive platform strategy. These three components together form a launch strategy. The following diagram highlights the components of a launch strategy that are part of the overall platform strategy:
