Addressing top enterprise data issues

Enough of the theory – time to look at some practical examples.

This is a retrospective of the top seven enterprise-wide data issues reported to every senior leadership level (one down from CEO) at that time and how the resolution of these issues was grounded in the Pareto principles and the applied use of the framework.

It would look something like the following figure, with the seven principles and the top seven data issues group:
