Reflecting on the application of remote diagnostics
Figure 4.10 shows how the integration of Classic AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR frameworks occurs on the vehicle side. These frameworks streamline the implementation of DoIP and UDS, thus enabling remote diagnostics. The availability of various off-the-shelf components from vendors such as Vector, EB, ETAS, KPIT, and others accelerates the integration of remote diagnostics within vehicles.
