Conventions used
There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.
Code/format in text
: Indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: “The same happens for the field rate engine class as we need to enter the class of the new engine: TMSSmallParcelShippingEngine.SmallParcelShippingRateEngine
.”
Bold: Indicates a path inside Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Usually, this will refer to a navigation per module into the system. An example is “To set up the procurement catalog, please use the following path in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management: the Procurement and Sourcing module > Procurement categories. From this page, we can create a proper structure with nodes and sub-nodes and then associate the products or services for each sub-node.”
