Managing Windows Server in a Hybrid Environment
In the previous chapter, we added skills for managing Windows Server virtual machines (VMs) in Azure.
This chapter covers content from AZ-800 Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure: Manage Windows Servers and workloads in a hybrid environment.
We will cover implementing Windows Admin Center (WAC) to simplify remote server management, covering the different deployment methods of the gateway and Azure portal approaches. We will also cover PowerShell remoting and how we can enhance security through the use of the Just Enough Administration (JEA) capability that can be used in conjunction. We will then conclude with a hands-on exercise to develop your skills further.
