A placement is the use of a specific song or piece of music in an audio or audio-visual medium, such as a sound recording featuring a recording artist, a film, a television show, or a commercial. Your objective as a music producer should be to produce music that is not only compelling artistically but also appealing commercially and able to be used in a variety of media projects. Producing a beat, co-writing a song, or adding instrumentation to a track are just a few examples of placements.
