Summary
We've now covered the UI customization options available for Windows Terminal and its shells. We covered the various settings available in Windows Terminal, ranging from minimalist, flat colors to translucent animated GIF backgrounds.
In addition, we learned how to find and apply community color schemes, and even author our own. We then experimented with using these color schemes from PowerShell, both in the prompt and in the input syntax highlighting. Finally, we learned about oh-my-zsh in WSL2 and studied the arcane art of Command Prompt configuration.
In the next chapter, we'll learn about setting up custom keyboard commands, and sending complex input to automate Windows Terminal at the press of a button!
