Memory counters at higher levels
As covered earlier in the book, vCenter does not provide information at this level. vRealize Operations provides a set of counters at the vCenter object level. There are, naturally, fewer counters for these higher-level objects, as we just need a summary:

The Contention counter is an average. As an average of a group with many members tends to be low, you should complement it with a super metric that is based on the peak contention of a member cluster.
Usage/Usable (%) is no longer relevant once you incorporate performance in your capacity management.
