Shared mental models are about having a shared understanding among team members and their multidisciplinary stakeholders about how they should behave in different situations. How is this relevant to healthcare and specifically the transformation of healthcare? The success of a transformation is defined by a common understanding of the needs and goals for that transformation. It sets the requirements for architecture and the transformation strategy.
