Scott Jernigan is editor-in-chief for Total Seminars, a provider of PC and network repair seminars, books, videos and courseware for several global organizations. Scott has been involved in the computer, network and IT industry since 1996 as a technician, instructor, editor, author and speaker. He holds a Master of Arts degree in medieval history. He has taught computer classes all over the US, including stints at the United Nations and the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Scott has written, edited, and contributed dozens of books on computer literacy, hardware, operating systems, networking and certification. His latest book is Computer Literacy: Your Ticket to IC3 Certification. Scott co-authored the best-selling CompTIA A+ certification books with Mike Meyers.
