Salesforce offers a range of tools to customize the User Interface, which in turn impacts the overall User experience. These can be classified into two categories: Low Code and Pro Code. Low Code refers to declarative tools where development is via point and click. Pro Code tools are the tools where some coding expertise is required. In this section, the majority of the tools we explore are Low Code. We look at the following:
