Common Data Service is a data store used by apps and processes. There is often a need to extract data from Common Data Service for importing into other systems or to produce reports and analyses. In this section, we will look at how data can be exported from the Common Data Service.
As with the importing of data, there are several different options to export data:
- Microsoft ExcelÂ
- Maker portal
- Export to Data Lake
- Replicate to Azure SQL
- Power Automate
We will start by looking at the Excel options in the user interface.
