Rollup fields contain aggregate values calculated from related records in a one-to-many relationship.
You can create a rollup field by clicking on + Add | + Rollup in Figure 3.22. A new window will appear, as shown in the following screenshot:

In this window, you select the related entity from a list of entities that have a one-to-many relationship with the source entity, specify which records you want to aggregate by using the filter, choose the aggregation (SUM, MIN, MAX, COUNT, and AVG), and choose the field for the aggregate.
Rollup fields are only updated every hour.
