How users prompt improvement
The team that implements enterprise-wide observability is never the team that fully consumes the outcomes of it. It is similar to a central monitoring team that configures existing tools for monitoring the applications in the organization. The configuration that the team performs results in generating alerts that are consumed and acted upon by the owners of that particular application; the same applies to the dashboards. The observability team collects feedback from the users and incorporates them into the observability standards and processes. On the other hand, application teams that use and implement the observability in their respective application uses the consumer's feedback for optimizing the observability implementation to improve the outcomes and if required, and advises the observability team for necessary changes in the standards and processes.
