Your Next Steps with PyCharm

PyCharm’s features are so extensive, and improvements from JetBrains come so rapidly that it’s been hard to keep up.

In this, my parting chapter, I want to do a few more things to try to do justice to this amazing piece of software. In this chapter, we’ll cover the following:

• I’ll do the obligatory wrap-up by briefly summarizing and commenting on our journey together so far.
• I’ll cover a few cool features to help with your productivity that just didn’t fit neatly into the chapter topics presented so far.
• I’ll cover some cool new features that were introduced over the course of the 8 months it took me to write the book. I’ve been covering version 2023.1, and I have avoided updating it so I can stay consistent with screenshots of the UI used throughout the book.
