This chapter covered possible uses of data collected by the ConfigMgr server. Data might be used for query creation, creating collections, and reports.
Data from the ConfigMgr SQL database can also be exported to third-party software or to other applications from the System Center family.
One important thing to note is that queries always work on the WMI database, while reports work on the SQL database. To show the same data in the query and report, you need to create two separate queries on two separate databases.
