Controlling who can access an app
On creating a new app, you would be the app owner and have full control to add users who can access and interact with your app. You can share your app with someone else to edit the app with you or simply test the app as an app user.
Before sharing your app, the first step is to check whether it is securely protected. You may use AppSheet to create business applications that contain confidential data and information – in which case, you have to ensure that only permitted users can access your app and the information inside it. As a responsible app owner, you have to control who is permitted to access your app and interact with the content to ensure its security. To manage this, please go to the Security | Require Sign-In tab, as shown in the following screenshot:
