Conclusion

Now, at the end of this chapter, your head is probably spinning a lot. And to be honest, I’ve not really touched on all the issues in this chapter, but I think I touched on the ones that are the most important. You will find that there are many more things that you need to look at and keep in mind when putting your project together.

However, what you need to take from this is that project governance is so important to have a successful project. You need to deploy a product that fulfills all the requirements that are needed to make an application that all users are excited to start using daily.

In the next chapter, we’re going to look at how we can find out about a client’s business by interviewing the client and completing user requirement sessions. This will give us the requirements and a basis on which to create a solution blueprint.
