As you’ve probably come to understand, Acuity is a deep and complex tool with many opportunities to customize your process based on your business’s individual needs. For now, I’ll give you a brief rundown of the additional features you can access within the scheduling page.
Email and SMS text notifications and reminders
Set notifications to remind clients of upcoming appointments via email and text messaging.
Client list
As users book services and classes with you, their contact information, intake form responses, past bookings, and upcoming appointments will be saved to your client list so that you can communicate with them, add them to email mailing lists, and invite them to private events.
Packages, gifts, and subscriptions
Make blocks of classes available as a multipack or gift. When users purchase these, they’ll receive a code they can use to book individual appointments or sessions.
