To get the most out of this book

Shopify is a hosted service, and it does not require any particular setup or software/hardware. However, to get the most out of the book, developers should already be familiar with basic HTML markup, CSS, and understand the JavaScript scripting language, which we will need later during this book.

If you are using the digital version of this book, we advise you to type the code yourself or access the code from the book's GitHub repository (a link is available in the next section). Doing so will help you avoid any potential errors related to the copying and pasting of code.

While it might be short, I wholeheartedly hope that you will enjoy this little adventure of ours and learn a few things along the way. My intention for the book was to offer a vast array of theoretical knowledge backed by real-life examples and suggestions on how to work with a real-life project, where you can see how it all ties up together.
