In the real world, solutions are a lot more than architecture and technology. They must meet the needs of a business and its customers. As a B2C solution architect, you should have a clear point-of-view of how to use and integrate products, especially Salesforce products, in a solution. What you can’t know in advance, however, is what a specific business needs from that solution. To find that out, you’ll need to conduct stakeholder interviews. Stakeholder interviews allow you to discuss needs with representatives from various levels and groups within the impacted parts of the business.
