Summary
In this chapter, we discussed the security management and endpoint management capabilities within Microsoft 365. This included reviewing the Microsoft 365 Defender portal. Within the Microsoft 365 Defender portal, we can manage our security posture using Secure Score to identify improvements and controls that we can put in place to protect identities, devices, and applications. We can also view reports, audit activities, manage and alert on incidents, and do threat analysis. In the next chapter, we will discuss the compliance capabilities within Microsoft.
