Saving messages to read later
Working daily in an environment where there is a lot of collaboration and teamwork inside Teams can inundate you with so much content that you could miss something important, or perhaps there is an important topic that you saw in a channel that you are working on, but you do not have time to read it.
For this kind of situation, Teams has a tool using which you can save a message to read later. You can save a message by clicking on the three dots in the context menu and then clicking on the Save this message button:
After saving a message, all messages can be found in the Saved menu located in the top-right menu. There, you can see all saved messages and mark them as unsaved as well.
