Service Reports

Just like the other modules, the Service module presents us with a set of standard reports. These include, but are not limited to, reports around Activities, Case Summaries, and Service Activity Volumes.

A large variety of additional reports can be customized in various ways.

With the added support for Power BI, this is quickly becoming the go-to tool for dynamic and highly visual reports that allow us to drill down into complex data. It is seldom that a classical SSRS report is built, and when that's the case, due to the cloud model's limitations, FetchXML must be used, which comes with its own set of limitations from a performance standpoint. It also shows the maximum number of records that have been returned from a query.
