Chapter 10. Forums and Blogs
In this chapter we will explore the relationship between blogs and forums. These tools support communication between site members but each tool offers different capabilities, and using them effectively requires a clear understanding of how these tools relate to one another. Depending on the goals of your course, you can choose the tool that matches your instructional goals, and your students' learning styles.
The first half of this chapter covers how to install and configure the Forum module. The second half gives a brief overview of the relationships between forums and blogs.
