Human Solution
The solution is the Human, but the human solution will not be easily developed or implemented. Identifying, acknowledging, and admitting the fact of the issue or problem is the first step in the process. To reach a resolution, actualization must occur to determine that a solution is needed. Humans are capable of positive change. In the world of ever-evolving technology, a major change must take place to achieve a level of understanding that allows for secure communications systems. We simply are not creating skilled humans who can meet the needs of emerging technologies such as SASE and those that follow.
The solution is to approach education in the same way that DevOps practices CI/CD on a per-sprint-cycle basis. This model could be described as JIT education.
