Consider a scenario where your organization is planning to develop the next-generation customer relationship management online service. The engineering team is organized using departments, wherein each department is entrusted with the ownership of building products or services for an identified focus area. The following diagram depicts a summary of this:

Within each department, there would be multiple feature teams (for example, infra, web, mobile, core API, and so on) working on these products or services.
For the scenario under evaluation, identify an approach for setting up your DevOps organization using projects, area paths, and teams. One of the considerations is that each department would prefer to have complete ownership of their DevOps components and the project life cycle.
