Delivering a data management future
Many organizations want to get more returns from data and grow to a higher maturity level after delivering a solid data infrastructure and the first reports based on that new infrastructure. In practice, we see that data-informed decision-making does not succeed or even begin without the support of management and the entire organization.
Embracing data literacy will help you develop your decision-making skills, and people will learn to ask the right questions, interpret the findings, and take appropriate action. It is critical to give data management a prominent place within the data and analytics team or within your organization to ensure a steady supply of information. But keep in mind that data management is more than just buying a tool. It is, once again, a process that must be thoroughly set up in our data and analytics world.
