Summary
This chapter was explaining the need to revisit designs, processes, and services in order to make sure that they are still relevant for the business. Also, it discussed basic principles of ITIL and how it matches to the SDDC architecture and design. It discussed methods and ways to keep the continuous service improvement up and also to create an active and ongoing dialog with the lines of business. Further, it described the need to revisit the created automation tasks as well as the blueprints and services. Since there is constant change in the IT and in the economics these days it highlighted the importance of embracing that change and grow the SDDC with it.
