In order to gain interest from students, they first of all need to know that you exist. Depending on the size of your organization, they may not realize you exist or, if they know about your company, they may not know that you have IT positions available. So, one of the most tried, tested, and long-standing approaches is to give career talks at local universities, provide information to career guidance officers with application forms, and if the university holds what is also known as a "milk round", where companies can come and meet with the top graduates before graduation, you should be a part of these options.
You can find the relevant information through the career guidance office, which most reputable institutes will have. In the case that a dedicated officer is not available, connect with the head of the department of the relevant courses and offer career talks or company insight presentations.
