Reporting for impact
Reporting is the fundamental piece of any impact measurement for nonprofits. Nonprofit Cloud provides, out of the box, reports that share information on donors, grants, membership, campaign ROI, and more. And, just like with standard Salesforce, you can edit or create new reports with the Report Builder.
Options for reports
NPSP also provides reports that will be the basis of Dashboards; we'll look at those in the next section when we learn about identifying and utilizing helpful Dashboards.
Most packages that you install, such as the Program Management Module, Outbound Funds Module, or Volunteers for Salesforce, also come with prepackaged reports that are available in Nonprofit Cloud. These reports are contained within folders in your Reports tab:
