Animating the rover

Currently, the rover seems to glide along the surface of the planet. We know that we have wheels, and we already know the basics of animating parts of the tank model, so at the very least we should make the wheels roll while the tank is moving.

With a little added effort, we can actually do better than that, and bounce the wheels vertically to simulate driving over the rough Martian terrain.
