Sending the survey
Follow these steps to send the survey:
- Customize the email template (refer to Chapter 6, Conducting an Employee Survey with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, for steps to customize the email template). One option for the email template, which was discussed in Chapter 2, Best Practices for Collecting Feedback through Surveys, is to embed the first question in the email template. To insert the first question, place your cursor on the location where you would like the question to be inserted, then click on Embed survey question in the toolbar (see Figure 7.12):
- After you have the email template ready, you can proceed with uploading the survey recipient list.
- Click on the Import contact link in the email recipient field in the email editor to download the import contact templates (see Figure 7.13):
