It can be very stressful when your domain name doesn’t work the way you want it to. Here, I will share a list of questions we ask when we hear that a domain doesn’t connect correctly. It’s usually one of these:

• Did you spell the domain name wrong when you added it to Squarespace?
• Does your DNS have duplicate or incorrect records from an old site?
• Is your site password still on?
• Is your domain name connected to another Squarespace site?
• Did you overlook the domain name ownership verification email?
• Is your domain expired?
• Do you need to reset your browser’s cookies?
