This is the meeting when the teams come face to face. Your squad will accompany you, and the client will be coming with theirs. This meeting will look like a regular meeting, but be cautious about what you say. Read the body language, as a lot of people will be judging you and the team based on how well-organized you are, how well you take questions, and how you address them or transfer them to your team members. A lot of planning and dress rehearsals need to be done for all this. Now, please don’t get scared that you have to do it all. There will be other senior leadership members accompanying you, and they will help you prep. But they can only tell you the technique; the rest is all you. Anticipate some questions and prepare some answers and rehearse them. This is like an interview, and you should be ready to ace it.
