In this chapter, we explored the System Management tools required to administer the core components of the Oracle BI environment.
We discussed each main section of the Weblogic Server Administration and the Enterprise Management consoles. We provided insight and an example on how the application interfaces (APIs) can interface with Oracle BI to manage the environment programmatically. Finally, we took a look at deploying the core Oracle BI metadata components, migrating security, and monitoring performance. These management concepts should have provided you with an above average understanding of how to administer your Oracle BI environment and speculate on future activities you may need to facilitate within your organization.
