Creating a Project Plan

In the previous chapter, we learned how methodologies affect the outcome of any NetSuite implementation and how to evaluate your approach using one. Every time you start a new NetSuite implementation, you’ll need to develop a project plan, spelling out the steps in the process – that is, showing your methodology in action.
