Creating an insert form and web page
First, Sarah will create an insert form and then set its options, add metadata to that form, and then create its corresponding web page. To implement this, Sarah will be using the Power Pages Management app to create and configure the form and the Power Pages studio editor to create and configure the web page.
An insert form is a basic form set in Insert mode. The form loads as a new record with no data and enables users to create a new record when the form is submitted.
To establish a user-friendly interface for the Incident Management feature, Sarah will use Power Pages Management for form creation and Power Pages Studio editor for web page setup. Key steps include the following:
