Who this book is for
This book is written for people with varying levels of experience who want to learn about data science in Python, perhaps to apply it to a project, collaborate with data scientists, and/or progress to working on machine learning production code with software engineers. You will get the most out of this book if your background is similar to one (or both) of the following:
- You have prior data science experience in another language, such as R, SAS, or MATLAB, and want to learn pandas in order to move your workflow to Python.
- You have some Python experience and are looking to learn about data science using Python.
