Workflow extensions
Workflow extensions are third-party applications that can be actioned in a separate window directly inside the Final Cut Pro interface. The apps include stock media, so you can access images without leaving Final Cut Pro, as well as places to access plug-ins and work on asset management. Particularly useful is the access to collaboration tools without leaving the Final Cut Pro interface. Figure 12.34 shows the button to open the installed workflow extensions:

The next section is about lookup tables (LUTs). These are color presets that allow you to quickly change the color attributes of a clip in the browser.
