Part 3: Implementing Azure Security
This part introduces the key security concepts relevant to developing solutions for Azure. We start with an introduction to the Microsoft identity platform, discussing service principals, permissions, consent types, and conditional access. We also cover the Microsoft Authentication Library, Microsoft Graph, and shared access signatures. We look at how to implement Azure Key Vault to securely and centrally manage secrets, including authorization and authentication with Key Vault, before moving on to the topic of managed identities, and finishing with an exploration of Azure App Configuration, including the management of feature flags within the App Configuration service.
This part covers 20-25% of the AZ-204 exam questions.
