Summary
You probably wanted a chapter in which I would teach you about anatomy, composition, or color theory and all that stuff, but the purpose of this book is to teach you how to use a tool. And in that regard, I think I have taught you a little bit in this chapter.
In this chapter, you've learned how to create a proper workspace, for all your needs. Next, you learned how to stimulate your imagination using an "idea" brush, how to refine it with a sketch, and even how to use the new update to create realistic brushes for your paintings.
After this, we branched out. You learned how to create a cartoon illustration with all the necessary steps: inking, flatting, and applying colors. Finally, we learned how to use CSP in our steps to create a painterly illustration.
In the next chapter, we will learn about the main use of CSP, making comics.
