Prepare to start
You are probably wondering, how do we prepare to start? That doesn’t make much sense, but when you think about it, we can’t actually start a project until we’ve prepared a few things. We need to prepare some documents that we can use during the different phases of the project. Also, we want to make sure we have identified the resources required, how we’re going to track success, how we’re progressing through the project, and who’s going to be responsible for what.
